1. Definitions
EasyVisaHelp: the trade name of EasyVisaHelp B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK), established in the Netherlands.
Service: assisting with completing and submitting applications for travel authorizations (ESTA, UK ETA, Canada eTA, ETIAS).
Customer: any natural person using the Service.
Government fee: the fee charged by the relevant government authority for processing the travel authorization application.
Service fee: the fee charged by EasyVisaHelp for its assistance service, separate from the government fee.
2. Private service — not affiliated with any government
EasyVisaHelp is a private assistance service and is not affiliated with any government authority, including but not limited to the US Department of Homeland Security, the UK Home Office, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or the European Commission. EasyVisaHelp is not an official government portal. Customers can also apply directly through the relevant official government websites for the government fee only.
3. No guarantee of approval
EasyVisaHelp does not guarantee approval of any travel authorization. The decision to approve or deny an application rests entirely with the relevant government authority. EasyVisaHelp has no influence over this decision. In case of denial, the Customer is not entitled to a refund of the service fee.
4. Service fee — non-refundable after submission
The EasyVisaHelp service fee is non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the relevant government authority. This applies regardless of the outcome (approval or denial).
The government fee is passed on directly to the relevant government authority and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation is only possible before submission. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@easyvisahelp.com.
5. Processing speed options
EasyVisaHelp offers the following processing tiers:
- Standard (72 hours): included in the service fee
- Rush (24 hours): additional fee applies
- Super Rush (4 hours): additional fee applies
These processing times refer to the time EasyVisaHelp takes to submit your application to the government. The actual processing time by the government authority may vary and is outside EasyVisaHelp's control.
6. Limitation of liability
EasyVisaHelp is not liable for:
- Missed flights, hotel bookings, or other travel costs resulting from a delayed or denied travel authorization
- Delays in processing by the relevant government authority
- Changes in government policy affecting the availability or requirements for travel authorizations
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer
EasyVisaHelp's liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the service fee paid by the Customer.
7. Customer obligations
The Customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Applying for the travel authorization well in advance of travel (minimum 72 hours before departure, preferably several weeks)
- Verifying the accuracy of the application in the review step before payment
- Ensuring their passport is valid for the required period
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Dutch Disputes Committee (degeschillencommissie.nl).
